30 days of healthy habits

Not a one size fits all

One thing I want to start by saying is that my main goal is not convince you that keto is the perfect diet, or the one you must follow to reach your goals. Nothing is a one size fits all. Keto happened to be the one for me, and the food you eat is only part of the equation. I believe in taking small steps that build into incredible results over time. That’s why I am starting a 30 days of healthy habits challenge.

I get it. Making healthy decisions can be difficult at times. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but there are small steps you can take to lead you in the right direction. And that’s why I created this challenge. I want to help you take that first step toward better health so you don’t have to feel like you are doing it alone. If you choose to follow a keto diet, great! We can share yummy recipes, and if not we can still cheer each other on. Let’s drink our water, move our bodies, practice daily gratitude and fuel our bodies with good food. Not because we hate our bodies but because we love them! We can do that together no matter the diet!

Prepare with tools/ what’s in your lunchbox?

Now that you have decided to join in, it’s time to set intentions. This will not only help you stay on track but encourage you to keep on going. You can look back at your progress and use that to keep on going when the tough times come; because they will come. But I’ve got your back! I created a pdf planner that you can follow along, and it’s easily printable, pinnable and shareable on instagram, don’t forget to follow and tag me if you do!

You don’t have to share or even fill out all the parts if you don’t want to. It’s just there to guide you into making small changes during the30 days of healthy habits challenge. You can save it to you phone and keep track with it there, or print it and keep it on your fridge. Tools that help keep you set intentions and stay accountable have been key to helping me make overall changes.

If you look at the planner you’ll see it starts with no date. That’s because you don’t need to start on the first of the month, or a Monday for that matter. You need to start when you’re ready and your mind is made up. so if that’s you, let’s go!

Over the next 30 days

  • Choose an eating plan and stick to it (if it’s keto check out my how to post)
  • Drink 100 oz of water- get a cute bottle and hydrate, use electrolytes to flavor up the water. I love Key Nutrients Electrolytes they taste great and have added vitamins and nutrients.
  • Move your body- exercise looks different for everyone, start by moving your body in ways you love. Whether that’s dance, walking, biking,
  • Practice daily gratitude/meditation or prayer- whatever that looks like for you, take the time to pause, self reflect, see where you can improve and appreciate where you are. How you think affects how you feel!

                                Are you ready?

Are you ready for a healthy lifestyle change? Make the process fun and enjoyable. Start doing small alterations to your daily routine and watch your old habits fall to the wayside, allowing a healthier version of yourself to shine through. Challenge yourself to make healthier choices over the next 30 days! It’s only 30 days. You can do anything for 30 days. You can kick bad habits, start good habits, get healthy, save money, get organized, put your finances in order. The list goes on and on.

Whatever it is, if you commit to it long enough, you will succeed. And success comes in all shapes and sizes so what I do might not work for you so please tweak or change it to fit your needs. This challenge is about making sustainable changes in your life so it isn’t just about weight loss but also nutrition, fitness and mental health. Your overall being!
